Employees are encouraged to get out of the office during warmer months and walk, run or bike with their co-workers. Most employees participate on their lunch hour and then enjoy a company-sponsored lunch afterward. The mileage employees report then translates to a certain dollar amount the company donates to the Special Olympics. In 2016, the Career Step team put in approximately 1,500 miles.
